We offer online video appointments through your smartphone, tablet, or computer. Schedule an appointment today by clicking on the desired time in the calendar below. Fees are listed by each appointment type once you select a day and time on the scheduler below. Appointment times are given in Central Time Zone (CT). Not all services are available in all states. Please provide notice 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment for any cancelation or rescheduling needs to avoid the full session fee.
We are in network with most major commercial insurance plans for mental health services in Texas, but not all policies are included. Once you schedule an appointment, you will receive two emails. The first email contains a link to complete new patient documents, and the other is from our medical billing department to get your insurance information. Please provide these three business days prior to your initial appointment in order to obtain insurance benefits and authorization.
